Pilates Classes
Pilates is a mat-based class that incorporates exercises to strengthen the core, improve flexibility and muscle tone, improve posture and balance, reduce pain, mobilise the joints, and help calm the mind.
Pilates is a wonderfully gentle, low-impact exercise class that helps build strength. It’s rated by dancers, athletes, and many other professionals whose fitness, strength, and flexibility are key to their careers. But you don’t have to be a dancer or an athlete —Pilates is for everyone as all the exercises can be adapted to make them easier or more challenging, depending on your ability
