Shine Dance and Pilates

Exercise is important for both physical and mental health. There’s a ton of research that shows the multiple benefits of exercise. And the good news is, exercise doesn’t have to be boring. In fact, it can be fun!

Founder Holly Morland has a range of experience in the dance and fitness industry.

 

Holly started dancing aged 3 and well and truly caught the dancing bug. She trained as a child in ballet, tap, modern, contemporary and street dance. Holly then went on to study dance at university where she was awarded with a BA Honours Choreography and Dance Degree.

 

She then went on to dance professionally before going on to teaching children and adult dance classes in 2008. 

 

Holly then gained her qualification in Zumba and Zumba Gold and a Level 3 mat based Pilates instructor diploma qualification and has been teaching Pilates since 2016.

​

Shine Dance and Pilates is the next chapter in Holly's dance and Pilates career after a break to have children.
